Returns and Exchanges
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being dispatched.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately by email to [email protected] or phone (64) 211443523; contact needs to be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Once you have notified us and we have responded, items must be returned, within 5 days for refund or exchange.
- Return freight is at customers expense unless items are faulty.
- Goods must be received in original condition.
- Correctly returned goods will be credited to the credit card of the original purchaser within 7 days or alternately exchanged. Original freight costs will be deducted from the initial payment amount unless items were faulty.
- Framed artwork is only refundable if it arrives damaged and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
